Elderly individuals often face challenges navigating websites and social media, leading to frustration, social isolation, and increased vulnerability online. This limits their access to important services, social connections, and digital independence, compromising their quality of life and safety online. That’s where SkyPal can help.

SkyPal is an intuitive, on-screen assistant that makes web navigation easy and safe for seniors. It offers step-by-step guidance and enables seniors to browse confidently, stay connected, and reclaim their independence online.

Since SkyPal was a Chrome Extension, this was a design and illustrations-focused project for me as my team handled the tech side, while I led the market and user research initiatives. I conducted surveys at senior healthcare centers in my city and found that a tool like SkyPal could greatly benefit Technology Learning Programs, Senior Centers, and even individual users.
